Make It Easy to Ask a Question

Many people finish a conversation or presentation by asking, "Do you have any more questions?" This is good, but how many times do people actually speak up and say they have a question? Very rarely.
Make it easy for your prospect to speak up about their concerns. After they've responded that they don't have any questions, ask them once more, "Now are you 100% sure that there's nothing else I can do on my end to make sure you feel more comfortable with this situation?" You'll be surprised by how often people say, "Well, actually, there is one more issue..."
