LaBov & Beyond, a national communications and marketing agency based here in Fort Wayne, has created an entertaining, interactive and collaborative series of plays that bring to life its Umbrella Series collection of business parables, which address the challenges business people encounter and must conquer on a daily basis to succeed. At 7:30 a.m. on February 28th, management and communication students from Taylor University will perform Conviction.

Conviction assists employers in learning how to trust employees. Because, when trust is evident and sincere, employers will see improvement in the quality of work employees provide.
