When I was a kid, I used the phone book to look up an address or phone number in the white pages. If I needed a business, I'd look in the Yellow Pages. But not anymore. Now I look on-line. And Google is the number one search engine.

Uh oh. If your potential customers cannot find the information they are looking for, they will continue their search, so make sure your website is designed for your customers needs and wants.
Here's the bare bones basics that you need to have on line:
Contact information including phone number with area code; email address; and street address.
And then sit down with a web designer to create a site that is customer friendly.
