I've added another e-book link to the list at the right. This is one that I first read about 22 years ago when I first read Harvey Mackay's Swim with The Sharks.
In my business, we do what we call a C.N.A. which stands for a Customer Needs Analysis. The Mackay 66 goes much deeper and if you want to truly stand out an build relationships that transcend the economic up and downs we face, I urge you to get it and use it.
